
Bambusa multiplex 'Silverstripe' bamboo has white stripes on many of the leaves as well as some of the culms. It is quite an attractive bamboo and can be used as a houseplant. It is considered a tropical or sub-tropical bamboo and is grown here in Virginia as a die back perennial (100% winter top kill).
